1 Day Events (Winter Series)
08:00 Rider Sign On
Please attend race control to sign the indemnity forms. and collect your hire transponder if applicable. You will have been emailed a rider pack after entry for the event has closed. This will include the Schedule & Running Order. Make yourself aware of which session you are in and when you need to be ready in the holding area.
08:00 Technical Inspection
Please take your bike and kit to the inspection area (usually in the pit lane entrance). The Technical Inspectors will check your bike and kit to make sure that it meets the basic requirements. They will issue you with a sticker that must be displayed on your vehicle throughout the event.
08:45 Compulsory Riders Briefing
During the Covid Pandemic we will not be holding physical Rider Briefings. ALL riders should read the online riders briefing notes shown on the website here.

09:00 Warm Up / Qualifier
Each class will have a 10minute combined Warm up / Qualifying session.
Your time set in this session will determine your grid position for Heat 1
10:25 (Approx) Heat 1
Your finishing position for Heat 1 will determine your grid position for Heat 2.

The total of the points scored in Heats 1 & 2 will determine your grid position for the Final. In the event of a Tie, the position will be decided by the fastest lap set in the heats.

Each class will score independent points.
All points scored in both Heats and the Final count towards your Classes Championship table.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places achieved in the Final for each class.
Pit Lane Will Close after the last Final of the Day
Trophy Presentation for Final will be held in the Clubhouse shortly after the last Race of the Day.
